Increasing Your VIP Level
How do I move up levels on this VIP Program?
Quite simple; all you need to do is gather points in order to reach a certain level. The only way to gain points are by wagering ANY of the games we offer at Bingo Hall. Due to the nature of whichever game you choose to play at, different wagering amounts are required to gather 1 point while playing that particular game. When you reach the points required to get through a particular level, your status will change automatically there is no need for you to notify us; furthermore, you are able to check your VIP level by going to your profile and view your account details.
Can I decrease levels on this VIP Program?
Yes. The only ways to actually DROP through levels is determined by inactivity mostly and Management's discretion. Also note that on each and every processed payout you have, point deduction occurs which may lead to level deduction as well. There is no formula to determine how many points you will lose per payout but the higher the amount, the more points you will lose; another important factor is the amount you have deposited prior to the payout in question. The higher this amount is, the less amount of points you will lose on this point deduction.
