Bingo Hall offers Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless specified otherwise through any of our means. Bingo Hall is operational under Winward Hall Ltd NSC Campus, Cork, Mahon Co, Ireland. Bingo Hall offers a friendly, professional and helpful Customer Service. There are several ways to contact us regarding a specific issue; last but not least, we highly recommend reading our FAQ's as it contains vital information that you may have not seen yet:
1) Account questions:
For all questions relating your account including deposits, payouts, game disconnections, as well as site inquiries, forgotten information, policies and any issue at all, please contact our Customer Service by either:

- Opening a Help Desk ticket to us (must be logged in to the site).
- Clicking on the Live Help Button Above.

2) Technical questions:
For all questions relating your account including game disconnections game errors, not being able to connect to the site and any other issue that disallows you to play the game properly, pleae contact our Customer Service by either:

3) Accounting questions
For all questions relating your account including payout issues to deposits, and any other
questions you might have about our payout/deposit policies please contact our Accounting Department by either:

4) Chat questions
