About Converting your Online Bonuses to Cash

Bingo Hall allows you to convert your online bingo bonuses in to cash in order to use your bonus money to play your favorite online Slots, Video Poker and Keno. Since at Bingo Hall the use of bonus money is not permitted we offer players the alternative to convert his/her bonus balance to cash in order to play these games; this page allows you to read the step by step instructions as to how to convert your online bingo bonus in to cash.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Login into your account (Site only, Download does not work).
2. Click on the "Transfers" tab to your right once logged in, and it should display the "Transfer Bonus to Winnings" option.
3. Enter the Bonus amount that you want to convert.
4. Click on the Submit button and you are done! You can always check the transfer itself on your Reconcile Report.

Rules of transferring funds

1. The total bonus balance above is the amount of bonus money that you can transfer to cash. If you try to submit an amount that is higher than your available balance it will not allow you to do it. Also, the minimum amount to transfer is $1.00 USD in bonus money.
2. The maximum cash that can be posted is the amount of bonus money that you can transfer to cash in order to play the non-Bonus games. Right now (and this may be changed at any given time) the conversion rate is 0.5 of your bonus balance to cash; so if you have $100.00 USD available under total bonus balance, the maximum cash that can be posted will be $50.00 USD. If you have $300.00 USD you can only receive $150.00 USD, etc.
3. Exchanges are irreversible. Once you have exchanged your Bonus into Cash it cannot be changed back. Please make sure the amount of Bonus you wish to convert to cash is the correct one. We cannot undo this process for you and will not make any exceptions if a player has transferred an incorrect amount to his/her balance.
4. All Exchanges have a play through of 12 times the amount exchanged before it can be cashed out.
5. Exchanges are limited to 7 succesful attempts per day. We cannot modify this amount of times nor can our Customer Service do this for you. We might be able to do special exceptions to your situation but please be sure to request this to our Help Desk explaining why you need more than 7 attempts per day.
6. Bingo Hall has created this page with the sole purpose of exchanging your Bonus funds into Cash for wagering in Casino games.
7. Players who are caught Exchanging Bonus funds to Cash for the sole purpose of cashing out on bonus right after making this transfer will be disabled, and any payout requests will be forfeited. Please make sure you respect this rule. If you have not met the 12 times criteria we will deny your payout request and process it until you have done so.
8. No Bonus funds are exchangeable when a player has a pending withdrawal request. Also, players with more than $50.00 USD in cash cannot use this page either.
