Crediting Chat Games at Bingo Hall
My Chat Game Comps have not been credited and I won them a while ago. Can you help?
A ll comps for regular chat games are credited the following day from which they are earned. If you play and win chat games on Monday for example, these will be credited the following day which is Tuesday. All comps are credited according to our qualification guidelines and are subject to limits.
Having said this, the standard rule to receive them are within 24 hours. If after 24 hours you have yet to receive them, please review our Chat Games rules first to see if you are eligible for them or not. If you feel that you are eligible to receive them, please contact us right away.
