Bonus not showing on your Bingo Hall account
I deposited and my bonus isn't showing up. Can you help?
There are two main reasons why you can not see your deposit bonus:
- Bonus Is Pending: The bonus was credited automatically by the system but you have not met the wagering criteria, which is to wager 3 times your deposit amount or spend 95% of it. More information on wagering criteria can be found by visiting this page. You can verify the deposit bonus amount by entering your "Profile" and checking your "Unqualified Bonuses".
- You have a payout processed this week: According to our Bonus Rules, your deposit bonuses will be based on your VIP Level for the remainder of the week; this is from Monday to Sunday. You need to contact our Customer Service department every time you deposit to have the bonus manually credited. More information regarding this rule can be found by visiting this page.
- If neither of the two reasons listed above apply to your particular case, pleae feel free to contact us right away.
